Program for Indian Students @ ReNew Power

ReNew Power provides a unique opportunity to bright and high-calibre students to build a strong foundation leading to a bright career with one of India’s leading renewable energy companies.

The intensive 8-12 week program provides interns a dynamic platform to gain rich practical experience by working across live projects and benefit from mentoring by leaders at ReNew Power. Towards the end of the program, interns would be expected to make presentations to the leadership team while wrapping up their projects.

  • Challenging assignments in the office of the CEO across key business verticals. Project assignments of 2-3 months’ duration which test analytical skills and business insights. Assignments will be steered with the help of Project Mentor and HR Buddy.
  • Project assignments are allotted across business verticals and support functions –Solar Ground Mounted, Wind Business, Solar Rooftop, Corporate Finance, HR, Corporate Communications and CSR.
  • Regular feedback from top management.
  • Project assessment based on project content, its applicability and presentation method.
  • A program crafted to ensure you gain well rounded exposure.
  • Interaction with leadership team.
  • Mid-term review with mentor for course correction.
  • Brown Bag Sessions – topics on Clean Energy, Renewable Energy Policy, Technological Advancements and Economic Developments.
  • Besides, Gurgaon, the city where ReNew Power is headquartered, has plenty of great places to hang out after work and enjoy culinary delights. Gurgaon is close to Delhi, India’s capital, which is also a cultural hub and seat of the Indian Government and policy makers. Weekend getaways include the hill states of Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh and the historical city of Agra.
