The ReNew Young Leaders Program (RYLP) is a fast-track program to harness the untapped potential and passion of young management and engineering graduates from across the country. Aimed at creating a pool of business leaders of tomorrow, the program is designed for students with an outstanding academic and extra-curricular record and gives them the opportunity to work across key business verticals at ReNew Power.

  • Selected management trainees and engineering graduates undergo a 9-month training program and work closely with experienced leaders at ReNew Power and in the office of the CEO.
  • Challenging stints provide participants a platform to work across business functions. Stint allocations are based on business goals and matched with participant’s areas of interest.
  • After the training period is over, the young recruits take on key roles across diverse functions.
  • Those inducted under the RYLP are also given the opportunity of internal job rotation within the organization every 2 or 3 years.
  • Differentiated learning experience.
  • Business insights coupled with site visits.
  • Open door policy facilitates interaction with the company’s leadership team.
  • Employee engagement initiatives through ReeJoys, ReNew’s employee engagement program

Students in their final year of pursuing a full-time MBA/ Post-Graduate Diploma and Engineering from reputed institutes are eligible to apply for the RYLP by mailing their updated resume along with a cover letter to careers@renewpower.in

  • Working in a young company such as Renew Power and in the rapidly growing field of renewables provides a visibly huge potential for growth. With so many projects going on and relatively few people to work for it, this program puts you right at the centre-stage where all your management skills are put to the test.   • Ever since I joined, it’s been a steep learning curve.Working with some of the biggest projects in solar space. Scheduled site visits to solar and wind farms gives you the ground level knowledge of vast pipeline of projects which have been commissioned by ReNew. Flexible office hours is icing on cake.

  • My overall experience at ReNew Power Ventures Pvt. Ltd. has been really great. I had a lot of site visits that included all the three business verticals, i.e. solar ground mounted, distributed generation and wind, of the company. The company has a lot many activities under the title of ReeJoys, like monthly celebrations, health programs etc. that helps the employees in maintaining their work life balance. The people at top management are quite approachable and helped me progress in the right direction.
