Summer Internship Program

At ReNew Power, our interns work on projects that matter – providing them an opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge in a professional environment. The program provides a dynamic platform to gain rich practical experience by working across live projects and benefit from mentoring by experienced leaders. At the end of the program, the interns make final presentation to the leadership team.

Virtual Summer Internship (2020)

  1. Selected interns are assigned a project for 2-3 months’ duration.
  2. The interns get to work in one of the following business verticals and support functions-
    1. Solar Ground Mounted
    2. Solar Rooftop
    3. Wind
    4. Corporate Finance
    5. CSR & Corporate Communication
    6. Human Resources
  3. Assignments will be steered with the help of Project Mentor and HR Buddy.
  1. Opportunity to work on real projects in an entrepreneurial environment with one of the leading clean energy companies
  2. Well rounded exposure coupled with solar and wind site visit to gain a better understanding of the ground work.
  3. Open Door Culture
  4. Opportunity to meet and interact with the CMD
