ReNew Young Leaders Program (RYLP) is a fast-track program aimed at developing business leaders for tomorrow. The program offers a challenging foundation for young management and engineering graduates from top universities across the country to build a world-class career in one of India’s leading clean energy companies.

The program is designed for students with an outstanding academic and extra-curricular record and provides them an opportunity to work across key business verticals at ReNew Power.

  1. Selected management trainees and engineering graduates undergo an intensive 9 months’ training programme
  2. Challenging assignments provide the RYLs a platform to work in one of the following key business verticals-
    • Corporate Finance
    • Strategy
    • Solar and Wind business verticals
    • Human Resources
  3. After the training, the young recruits take on key roles across diverse functions
  4. Opportunity of internal job rotation within the organization after 2 or 3 years

  2. Interaction with experienced leadership team including the CMD
  3. Exposure to business challenges coupled with solar and wind site visits to gain a better understanding of ground level execution of projects
